Wretch 32 is having a great week with the release of his highly anticipated, fifth studio album Upon Reflection which enters this weeks album chart at number 29. The rapper is long standing scene legend and this project has been very well received. Wretch has had massive chart success in 2011 with three top five singles including a number one single – “Dont Go”.

Hanging onto a top ten spot, and remaining the highest UK entry in in the album charts this week is D-Block Europe and their project PTSD. The duo have had a very successful three weeks, but dropped four places, becoming this weeks number nine. Be sure to check out more from one half of the duo, Young Adz, who features on the track “Halloween” on the Deluxe version of AJ Tracey’s eponymous debut album.
Jorja Smith and Burna Boy drop one place but cling onto a top 10 spot with “Be Honest”. Remixes have been circulating this week, and the pair even released a stripped back acoustic version which fans have gone crazy for, keeping the “Be Honest” buzz alive for another week.
Aitch holds onto two top 30 entries. Still dominating the singles chart with his “Buss Down” ft Ziezie which climbs three spots and re-enters the top 10 as this weeks number eight. The track has been doing the rounds for weeks, as the rapper goes from strength to strength. We also see another entry from Aitch further down the chart with “Taste (make it shake)” climbing one place to number 28.
Dave’s “Professor X” drops two places but is still hanging on in the top 20 at number 14. Ed Sheeran ft Stormzy “Take Me Back to London” drops five places to number 19, just clinging to a top 20 spot this week.
AJ Tracey climbs one spot with “Ladbroke Grove” making him this weeks number 25, the track has spent an incredible 33 weeks in the charts, making it undoubtedly one of the songs of the year. Another one of the songs of the year is “Strike a Pose” from Young T and Bugsey and Aitch; which has climbed two places and is this weeks number 36, considering its been in the charts for 20 weeks this is certainly not to be sniffed at.
Two places below, is the long awaited collaborating from Steel Banglez, Mist and Sidhu Moose Wala on the track entitled “47” which comes in number 38 rounding out this weeks top 40.
Falling just outside this weeks top 40 are NSG with “Trust Issues”, Headie One with “Both” and Poundz with “Opp Thot” – occupying the number 46, 47 and 48 spots respectively.
As Krept and Konan begin their album run, their collab with Wiz Kid “G Love” has entered this weeks charts at number 59. With the video dropping tonight, we’re sure to see this climb up the charts. Be sure to check out the track list for their upcoming album Revenge is Sweet right here.
