The Next Up series has showcased a number of the UK’s rising talents in recent times and the latest episode sees D’One come through with a very cold freestyle.
Many artists see drill instrumentals as a chance to create a raw and gritty mood but in his brand-new freestyle, D’One uses the opportunity to exhibit his smooth vocals and melodies. As well as delivering his sick flow, the artist also highlights just why he’s one to watch by demonstrating his writing abilities in the form of a short story towards the end of the freestyle.
