Wow. After dropping late last night on iTunes, Drake & Future have a huge new hit on their hands, as their collaborative mixtape ‘What A Time To Be Alive’ has gone straight to the number 1 spot on iTunes.
With very little pre-release promotion (other than the announcement of the tape, which itself wasn’t properly confirmed until very recently), this is an incredible feat.
Almost more incredibly however, is the projected amount of sales it is expected to do this week. Industry insiders are expecting ‘WATTBA’ to sell 500,000 units – and it’s an Apple Music exclusive for it’s first week of sales too.

Drizzy may have hopped onto Fewtch’s wave for this mixtape, but he certainly brought the star power to propel the project into these stratospheric heights.
