Drake has finally dropped his hotly anticipated Scorpion album and the world is currently digesting it in full.
Drizzy hopped onto his Instagram story to share some further insight into the creation process of the new record, posting up screenshots of some of his influences during the recording process.
While the usual likes of 2Pac and Biggie were shouted out, as were rising American artists like Brent Faiyaz and Lil Baby, it was the appearance of two UK artists that shocked fans this side of the pond the most.
The 6 God credited both Octavian and his single “Hands”, as well as Loski and his debut mixtape Call Me Loose as inspirations behind the LP.
This isn’t the first time he’s been associated with either artists either, having been papped linking up with Octavian and using Harlem Spartans lyrics as social media captions.
