Drake and Meek Mill officially squashed their three-year beef last night when Drizzy brought out the Dream Chasers rapper at his show in Boston.
A few months ago, Meek Mill announced that the pair had let bygones be bygones and their appearance on stage at the TD Garden venue in Boston was the official mark of their reconciliation.
“Make some motherf*****g noise for yourselves”, Drake told the crowd before Meek Mill came out to perform his massive “Dreams and Nightmares” intro.
After Meek’s performance, the pair took the time to express their mutual respect of one another, with Drake saying Meek Mill is his “favourite rapper”.
Drake has also taken to Instagram to share just how much the moment meant to him.
“This really gave me peace of mind tonight”, he begins. “I’m happy that you are home and that we could find our way back to our joint purpose”.
The pair’s feud began in 2015 when Meek Mill accused Drake of not writing his own raps, which resulted in Drake unleashing two diss tracks in the form of “Charged Up” and “Back To Back”.
Since then, both artists have traded shots on various tracks but with the events which unfolded in Boston last night, it looks like the back and forth is finally over.
