Drake Breaks Record For Most Top 10 U.S Hits

Drake has another record to add to the list as his recent collaborations with DJ Khaled have earned him the most top 10 Billboard 100 hits in history.

The Canadian star has tallied his 39th and 40th top 10s in the U.S Singles charts with “Popstar” and “Greece” debuting at number 3 and number 8 respectively. Drake had previously been tied at the top of the list with Madonna with 38 top 10 songs each.

The two tracks are number 3 and number 4 on the streaming songs list, with a respective 28.4 million and 22.1 million streams. With “Popstar” receiving 15,000 sales and “Greece” receiving 9,000, they are number 1 and 7 on Digital Song Sales. In the tracking week, they also talk in 13.1 million and 3.5 million in respective radio airplay audience.

Despite Drake’s new record, Billboard notes that Madonna still holds the top spot for “the most Hot 100 top 10s in lead roles”, as Drake has posted 25 top 10s as a lead and 15 as a featured artist.
