Canadian superstar Drake has surprised fans by announcing that he will be releasing a new project tomorrow (Friday).

Care Package will follow the release of the album Scorpion in 2018 which housed the hits “In My Feelings”, “God’s Plan” and “Nice For What” and soundtracked the rapper’s 2019 Assassination Vacation Tour which saw the artist tour across Europe with Tiffany Calver and Tory Lanez.

Drake also recently released The Best in the World Pack which housed two new songs and was a gift to fans to celebrate the Toronto Raptors winning the NBA Championships for the first time.

Care Package was announced by Drake on Instagram and is a collection of B-sides and leaked tracks from the artist that were not included on his studio releases.

Fans will be able to stream tracks such as “Trust Issues”, “Jodeci Freestyle”, “I Get Lonely Too” and other covert fan favourites for the first time after the release of this new project.

In the announcement, Drake wrote, “Available Friday on all platforms. Some of our most important moments together available in one place. Care Package”. Check out the full tracklist below.

Care Package will have to tide fans over until he releases his next project of new music; a project fans may have to wait a while for after Drake blamed slow wifi in Toronto for hindering his recording process.

The rapper wrote on Instagram, “Can the mayor of Pickering set up some stronger wifi towers so @boi1da can be able to send me all his newest beats? Trying to cook up. Thanks. – Drake”.
