Drake is gearing up for the release of his second NOCTA capsule with Nike and to do so, he’s enlisted west London’s very own Central Cee.
Due for release on April 7th, this collection is Drake’s second under his Nike sub-line NOCTA which was announced at the end of 2020.
This capsule includes a lightweight zip-up jacket which features Gore-Tex technology, a panelled fleece jacket, a heavy-duty utility vest, short-sleeve tees, a strapback hat, a pair of gloves and a pullover hoodie.
“I mean, growing up Nike was everything. It felt like every shoe I wanted, every athlete I liked, everything I owned was Nike. It didn’t mean anything unless it had a Swoosh,” when announcing the sub-line last year.
“NOCTA is about creating something for people on the move. People who want functional, comfortable fits that are adaptable from one environment to the next.
“But as much as it’s about what we make, it’s also about a mindset: an unforgiving drive, a relentlessness. Characterised by the type who are on the road all day, all night — the grinders, the hard workers — trying to accomplish their goals and taking no short cuts.”
