Both rappers posted pictures of them posing with each other on their Instagram accounts a few days ago.
According to TMZ, the issue between the two ended after one of Tory’s friends called one of Drake’s and the intermediaries put the Canadians on the phone together.
The call led to the artist meeting up in New York City were there picture was taken.
The images came as a surprise to fans as the two had been sending subliminal shots at each other for years.
In 2015, while appearing on Sway In The Morning, Tory rapped, “T.O. N**** only spittin’ without the Blackberry.” A clear shot at Drake freestyling with his use of his phone on Hot 97 in 2009.
As recently as Drake’s latest album More Life, The 6 God sent a shot at the One Umbrella representative on the track “Do Not Disturb” when he said, “You one day star, I swear I told you I’m in this bitch for eternity.” Troy’s real name is Daystar Peterson and his debut album was titled I Told You.
Now the air has been cleared between the two hopefully a collaboration is in the pipeline.
