Drizzy’s workrate has always been 10/10 and it doesn’t look like it’s stopping any time soon – even better – he’s applying it to more ventures than music.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter he announced that he intends to take “six months or a year to myself and do some great films”, but luckily is still working on a new album noting, “I don’t plan on stopping [making music] anytime soon.”

The news comes after today’s confirmation he was involved with the next season of Top Boy but that isn’t the only show Drake is working on. He revealed that he has more productions in the works including an untitled TV series based on an undisclosed magazine story with Anonymous Content (the production company behind Mr. Robot), and a project with film studio A24 who just released a film he says he loves, The Florida Project.

He didn’t forget his joining with Apple, mentioning that they’ve ambiguously “given him the go-ahead to produce whatever he chooses.”

Touching on his acting career it seems Drake wants to get back into it but in unexpected roles: “When I get back into acting, I want to do things that make people go, ‘Wow, I didn’t expect that.'”

The interview also revealed it’s not just our TV and music that Drake is interested in, but also our literature. He has apparently been seeking out a first edition of Harry Potter & The Sorceror’s Stone for the past four years which are currently going for $160,000.
