Emeli Sandé has given the visual treatment to her latest single “Look What You’ve Done” featuring Birmingham’s very own Jaykae.
As well as providing this track with her vocals, Emeli Sandé also takes care of the garage-infused production which backdrops her silky melodies and heartfelt lyrics. Jaykae slots in his clean verse towards the end of the song, adding to the contemplative tone with his lyricism.
The party visuals are in loving memory of the late Luke Biggins who directed the video prior to his tragic passing last month.
“I was so shocked and saddened to hear that Luke Biggins has passed away,” Emeli said. “I worked with him for the first time on the video for “Look What You’ve Done” with Jaykae.
“He was such a kind, considerate and creative person. An incredible director. We wanted to share this video in memory of him. Rest in peace Luke, may your new journey be full of light ahead.”
