Eugy has come through with a powerful new single entitled “IC3”.
In the past, we’ve seen Eugy come through with a number of breezy singles but on “IC3”, he switches it up by taking on a drill production to deliver some thought-provoking lyrics related to racism and injustice in the UK. Titled after the police-speak for identifying a black person in Britain, Eugy is direct throughout the track; with his views and frustration being cemented in the lyric “enough is enough”.
In the description of the lyric video for the track, Eugy writes: “It seems no how much we may achieve as a people in the eyes of our opposition we will be forever seen as IC3’s.. We have lost many black lives in this senseless war of racism, systematic abuse and oppression. Come we rise to ensure our children do not face the same plight.”
