French Montana has finally dropped his new album MC4, the fourth installment of his Mac & Cheese series.

This is actually only French’s second official album, after 2013’s Excuse My French, with the rest of the Mac & Cheese series and Mac & Cheese: The Appetizer technically counting as mixtapes.

The album was originally due to drop on August 19 however this date was pushed back to October 14 due to “sample clearance issues and leaks”, when that date came and went it looked unlikely the album was coming any time soon. Almost a month later, we were starting to wonder if we’d ever get another serving of the acclaimed series.

Frenchy announced the albums imminent drop yesterday on his Instagram by uploading a deep video tribute to his slain brother, Chinx. The video’s caption reads “DROPING MC4 TONIGHT ON ITUNES DATPIFF SPOTIFY OVOSOUND.”

As well as a selection of new bangers perfect to smoke and zone out on, there’s also three familiar tracks; “Lockjaw” featuring Kodak Black, “Figure It Out” with Kanye and Nas, and “No Shopping” alongside Drizzy.

The album really pulls out the big guns when it comes to its features, proving French has some of the best connects in the game. Featured on the album includes: Kanye West, Miguel, Nas, Jeezy, A$AP Rocky and more.

As well as a whole damn album, French also dropped visuals for his Miguel featuring track, “XPlicit”. Although the project is an album by title, French released it for free and you can download it here.
