After teasing us with singles from the project over the past few months, Frisco has finally released his brand-new album entitled The Familiar Stranger.
Following up from his 2018 mixtape Back 2 Da Lab Volume 5, The Familiar Stranger is yet another solid body of work from the north London legend as we hear him put his insane lyrical abilities on display for just under an hour.
The 15-track album is diverse in nature as we hear Frisco come through with hard-hitting grime tunes such as “Big Bro”, “Sleepless Nights” and more, as well as more dancehall-inspired tracks such as “Money Call” and “Cool Nuh” – before ending with his powerful offering “Black Man”. Frisco doesn’t go it alone on the LP, enlisting his Boy Better Know comrades, Ghetts, D Double E, Novelist, Devlin and more.
