Dying to know who survives the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones before its premiere next week? A group of German computer scientists might have a way to help you with that.

The students at the Technical University of Munich have created an application that uses an algorithm to predict which characters are most likely to survive the series which compiles data from across the internet to form the basis of its predictions.

On the application which uses the Machine Learning technique, the students said, “In this project, we wanted to find features that are common to all already dead characters and use these features to predict the percentage likelihood of death (PLOD) for yet alive characters, aka to answer the question – who is likely to die next?”.

The students then used the data they extracted to compile statistics which were analysed using an array of computer science technologies and as a result, fans can see numerical predictions on who is most likely to survive and who is most likely to die next.

Currently, Daenerys Targaryen has a 99.1% chance of survival and Bronn is 93.5% likely to be the next character to meet their end.

Fans can only be sure on the fate of the characters when the new series starts on the 15th of April but in the meantime, click here to see all of the predictions and when you’re done, watch the trailer to the new series here.
