Following on from completing a string of sold out headline dates in February and April this year, George The Poet announces his second nationwide UK tour for 2015.
The tour will kick off on 2nd October in Sheffield at The Plug, and from there will travel to Newcastle, Nottingham, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Norwich, Oxford, Bristol, Cambridge and London before finishing on 19th October in Brighton at Concorde 2.
Having attracted the attention of music artists, actors, politicians and royalty alike with his socio-political, street-savvy verse 24 year old George The Poet is set to not only emerge as one of the UK’s most unique talents, but also as the compelling voice of a generation. After breaking startling new ground on the poetry circuit with his first collection of poetry ‘Search Party’, the Radio 1 championed, BRITs Critic’s Choice Award nominated and BBC Soundpoll shortlisted artist is set to release his debut album later this year.
