Continuing to keep us hyped for his forthcoming album is the legend that is Ghetts who has now re-connected with Stormzy to deliver a brand-new single.
Titled “Skengman”, the new collaboration from Ghetts and Stormzy is an eerie Ten Billion Dreams-produced offering which they use to trade militant lyrics and quotables in a calm manner, before Ghetts comes through with energy reminiscent of his Ghetto moniker days towards the end.
Shot in black-and-white, the Nathan James Tettey-directed visuals are as epic as the track itself and contain action-packed scenes with guest cameos from D Double E, Shaybo, Mist and Michael ‘Venom’ Page.
“Skengman” is due to feature on Ghetts’ highly-anticipated Conflict On Interest LP, and comes after he collaborated with Stormzy and J Hus on Big Mike’s 2017 debut album Gang Signs & Prayer.
While we wait to see what else Ghetts has in the works, take in “Skengman” above!
