Julie Adenuga had Giggs roll through her Beats 1 show this evening, where he sat and discussed a whole bunch of topics with her.
He spoke on his Rated Award performance, telling Julie, “It was one of the sickest. It’s your brothers man, they gas me up all the time. Didn’t you see the way Skep was coming?
“That award show is so personal for man. Our own award show for us, for what we do, down to the rawest talent, it’s proper our thing.
“I don’t even watch the award part of it, I wasn’t ready at all. I don’t even know what I was nominated for. Then when they shouted out, ‘yeah Giggs’ I was like, ‘oh yeah that’s cool, thanks man.’
“Then I thought ‘rah I gotta go up there’, and I’ve gone up there and I just thought, ‘I wasn’t prepared for this’. I just ran off the stage, literally.”
