Stormzy, John Legend & More Set To Perform At First Ever ‘Global Citizen Prize’ Award Ceremony

International Advocacy Organisation, Global Citizen – whose mission is to end poverty by 2030 – has just announced the performers for its first ever Global Citizen Prize award ceremony and the line-up is a special one.

Taking place on December 13th 2019 at the Royal Albert Hall, the likes of Stormzy, Jennifer Hudson, John Legend are among the names due to perform at the ceremony. Also taking to the stage on the night are H.E.R, Raphael Saadiq, Chris Martin and Sting.

The Global Citizen Prize will be distributed across five categories – Cisco Youth Leadership Award, Artist, World Leader, Business Leader and Global Citizen of the Year. The winners will be those who use their platform to spark positive impact and conversation in the world.

The ceremony is the first major event of Global Citizen’s 2020 campaign to get the world on track to achieve its goal to end poverty by the end of the next decade.

The Global Citizen Prize will be aired on TV on December 21st at 7pm on Sky.
