We’re proud to announce that we’re partnering up with Punch Records for their sick new international music project Homelands.

Homelands is a year-long global music adventure conceived and run by Punch Records that challenges four leading Black musicians to explore the roots of their music. Throughout the project we’ll be following 2016 MOBO Award winner Shakka to Dominica, legendary grime MC Saskilla to Senegal, Mercury Music prize and MOBO award nominee Terri Walker to Jamaica and Rated Award winning producer Diztortion to Suriname (South America) where they’ll be writing, recording and performing with global artists.

Punch Records CEO Ammo Talwar said on the project, “GRM Daily bring an unrivalled understanding of Black music, of young contemporary audiences and the UK Grime phenomena to our Homelands programme.”

Our very own Posty also speaks highly on the project saying, “The Homelands project is creating fresh content featuring the UK’s best young artists; that’s exactly what our audiences want and expect.”

We’ll be bringing you exclusive content from their journeys and we can’t wait. Watch this space!
