Guvna B has teamed up with producer TSB to drop “Traffic”.
Taking on TSB’s mellow beat, Guvna B uses his perspective as a father to looks to focus on the future while simultaneously speaking on the education system.
“I wrote “Traffic” after thinking about the kind of world my 3-year-old son and newborn daughter are going to grow up in,” Guvna B states. “As a young father, you want to set your kids up to win and education is a big part of that.
“As important as Pythagoras theory is, it would be a shame they grew up and weren’t financially literate for example. The cost of living crisis has shown how important it is to make sure people are prepared with the skills they need to navigate such difficult times.”
“Traffic” is the follow-up to Guvna’s “Bridgeland Road”, with both singles set to feature on his upcoming album The Village Is On Fire which is due for release on May 26.
