Headie One debuts his first single of the year, “Cry Not More” featuring Stormzy, a teaser from his upcoming album The Last One.
Produced by American maestros Tay Keith, Tommy Parker and Pooh Beatz, the track delves into their introspective side, reflecting on life’s battles. The accompanying video, directed by RAWTAPE, showcases the duo navigating the streets of their hometown, capturing London’s complexities.
Headie One gave further explanation for the collaboration, saying, “The video concept was to show people that everyone has struggles they have to deal with daily. That’s no different to myself and Stormzy, regardless of what people think we’ve achieved in our careers. We still have things in life we have to deal with like everyone else.”
