Heavy D has sadly passed away at the age of 43, his friend has confirmed
It has been reported Heavy D – real name Colin Newell – died this week, according to his friend and actor, Nick Nevern.
“I’m very shocked & saddened to hear of the passing of my friend @HeavyHeavyd,” Nevern wrote.
“u lived ur life the way u wanted to & f**k anyone who didn’t like it! U always brought a smile to my face bro & lifted any room you where in.”
Heavy D first rose to fame as a regular buyer on Storage Hunters, before, appearing on Celebrity Big Brother in 2016.
He was also a devoted Arsenal fan and gave regular and passionate interviews on AFTV, who have since paid their condolences upon learning of his passing.
Heavy D’s cause of death is currently unknown.
