Earlier this year an entrepreneurial genius made it possible for us to torture our enemies with a glitter bomb sent by good, old-fashioned mail. For those who don’t want to go old school but still want to wreak havoc on unsuspecting victims without meeting face-to-face, the Internet has discovered an iOS bug that’ll cause user’s devices to crash. All you have to do is send this message: “Power لُلُصّبُلُلصّبُررً ॣ ॣh ॣ ॣ 冗.”
If the message is received and opened on the lock screen, it’ll automatically reboot the user’s phone and deny access to the messaging app. Because we’re not savages,we’ll tell you how to fix it, too. All you need to do is reply to the message on your phone or on the Mac messaging app if you’re still locked out.
Apple has yet to release a fix for the bug, so prank away while you still can.
