Hood Documentary was released back in 2015 and since then we’e not seen another major project from its writer and star Kayode Ewumi. Thankfully that is no longer the case as he’s back with a brand new sitcom for BBC3 entitiled Enterprice.
The show is based around the lives of two entrepreneurs named Kazim and Jeremiah as they roll out their delivery service called Speedi-Kazz. Daniel Ezra will be playing Jeremiah alongside Ewumi.
Talking on the show Ewumi said, “The fact that I filmed this around my area – Elephant and Castle – made it even more of a beautiful experience for me. The cast and crew were amazing and I believe that Enterprice showcases growth in my writing.”
Notably, the production company overseeing the show is owned by the founders of The Inbetweeners.
No one could deny the mad talent Kayode has for writing and this show is bound to be more proof of his capabilities. You can catch the show on iPlayer, here.
