Instagram has just introduced yet another new feature that nobody asked for.
For months now Instagram users have been demanding the app brings back its chronological layout back to the forefront, but no!
Every upgrade we are gifted with, a new feature which complicates the app each time. For example, their latest unpopular feature which was added earlier in the year which told users when someone is active on the app while airing their texts.
IG’s latest snitching feature is very similar to Snapchats screenshot alert feature. Instagram now alerts users when someone screenshots their story. If another user has recorded or snapped a story, that person will appear in the user’s stories’ “seen by” list with a little camera shutter next to their name.
Its safe to say they don’t want us to lurk in peace, but that won’t stop us! Let’s face it we’ll moan and “boycott” the app, but still continue to use it. Same way recent Snapchat users are raging about its latest layout, we all know you love a cheeky filter. You’re not going anywhere!
