With his sixth studio album out this Friday (May 14), the legend that is J. Cole is keeping the momentum high by dropping a new freestyle with the L.A Leakers team at Power 106.
Radio freestyles from Cole these days are rare to say the least these days and to make the occasion even more iconic, he raps over two legendary beats which contrast in style massively.
He sets things off by flexing his effortless flows over Soul Of Mischief’s classic “93 ‘Til Infinity”, before tearing up the beat of Mike Jones’ 2004 track “Stipp Tippin” and the whole freestyle serves as yet another reminder as to why Cole is regarded as one of hip-hop’s GOATs.
J. Cole’s L.A Leakers freestyle comes just days before the release of his highly-anticipated album, The Off-Season, drops on Friday.
