JAY1 joins great company as one of 100 artists on the NME 100 list which reveals their pick of artists who are expected to do major things in the next decade.
The Coventry hailing artist joins Miraa May, Aitch, D-Block Europe, DigDat and more as an artist on the list that is expected to continue to move from strength to strength.
On JAY1, NME described the artist as “UK rap’s next crossover star” and added that “songs like “Tropical Love”, “Comes First”, “Good Vibes” add more strings to Jay1’s bow and introduce elements of afrobeats and chipmunk soul.”
