DJ Target’s Spotlight Sessions is back and blessing the platform this timeis Jaz Karis with her flawless cover of Frank Ocean’s “Self Control”.
With the delicate guitar being as present in this cover as in Ocean’s version, Jaz hits the instrumental with soft tones to add to the emotional song with her own heartfelt rendition. “Self Control” is a fan favourite from Frank Ocean’s Blond album, and this cover from Jaz Karis emphasises the timelessness of the song, being one which can be emotionally adopted for any listener.
