Ensuing his latest offering “Eastside (Mumzy II)”, Joe drops a spontaneous-stunner; giving us a glimpse into the talent’s versatility in vocal range as he weaves in-between rugged harmonies and greazy bars wrapped up in the Londoner’s renowned ominous voice.
Joe puts that genre proficiency on full-display on “Hold Me Down” as we see a juxtaposed offering to the last, with the east-side pen-smith coasting atop a mellow chord progression cloaked in an eerie drill veil.
The rapper signs-off “Hold Me Down” with a visual experience courtesy of rising director Yukki, showcasing the rapper and his clique posted in a multitude of locations; from day-lit shots of him and his peoples juicing up at a canal-side bbq, to the more fitting scenes of the team taking to the turf in a lit five-a-side reminiscent of those Fifa Street days
