South Londoner Jords has blessed us with a brand-new single titled “Old School Flex” with singer-songwriter Izzy Bizu and the OG D Double E.
With references to Bebo and funky house, this collaborative effort is steeped in nostalgia and sees Jords and D Double trade bars and flows while Izzy Bizu provides a smooth and catchy chorus.
“”Old School Flex” is my ode to the 2000s,” Jords says of the track. “I want people to be able to travel through time whilst listening to this and be able to put themselves right in the middle of a sweaty garage rave – even if they’re listening to this song during a nice day party in the summer.”
The release of “Old School Flex” comes following the launch of Jords’ important social enterprise, Pickni Uniforms, which is providing hundreds of secondary school children in the Croydon borough with a free school blazer.
