Tim Lyre taps up UK Rapper Jords for the visual installment of their “MASTA” collaboration.
“MASTA” is a Amapiano meets Dancehall fusion with sonic nods to Jamaica, London and Tim’s hometown Lagos. The video was also shot in South London, the same location as Skepta and ASAP Rocky’s “Praise The Lord.”
Speaking on the track, Tim said, “This song is the center piece of this whole project, It’s about believing in yourself absolutely, no one better to do this with than Jords, I’m glad we’ve got the video to match the energy.”
“MASTA” is the lead single taken from the 8 track EP, MASTA which dropped earlier this month featuring Tay Iwar, Minz and Khanyisa.
