Joy Crookes has blessed us with visuals for her newest track entitled “Skin”.
This new offering from Joy Crookes is a minimalistic yet powerful track as the south London singer-songwriter delivers an uplifting message for her listeners, singing: “The skin that you’re given, was made to be lived in. You’ve got a life, you’ve got a life, worth living’.”
“I wrote this song for a loved one last year who was at a stage where he thought his life was no longer worth living,” Joy said of the song. “I hope the song offers something to everyone battling with their demons and the people around them who are supporting them.”
“Skin” will serve as the title track of Joy’s long-awaited debut album which is due for release on October 15.
