Just months after releasing his highly-anticipated album Donda, Kanye West is already working on the sequel to the project!
The news was revealed by Steven Victor – SVP A&R at Universal Music Group and former COO at G.O.O.D Music – who told Complex Donda 2 is on the way.
“Ye has started working on his new masterpiece Donda 2,” Steven Victor said.
Victor didn’t provide a release date for the album.
Donda 2 will serve as the follow-up to Ye’s tenth studio album which dropped back in August following a series of push backs. The album features the likes of JAY-Z, Lil Durk, Lil Baby and debuted at Number 1 in the UK Albums Chart.
Details regarding the sequel remain slim at the moment but hopefully we’ll receive more information in the near future.
