Every year the BAFTA’s release a list of names to look out for in the coming year. In the past, it’s included Ray Panthaki and Letitia Wright, and this year our favourite fictional rapper made it on the prestigious list.
Actor and writer Kayode Ewumi was joined by 16 other emerging talents to look out for in the future, including game developers, composers, producers and creative directors.
It’s been a sick year for Kayode. he starred in the remake of 70’s classic, Are You Being Served? and released his latest Hood Documentary on BBC 3 in July.
Looks like we’ll be seeing his name a lot in 2017… roll safe Kayode.
