After re-opening some of its branches back in mid-April, KFC has now unveiled its plans to have 500 of its UK branches open by the end of this week (May 22).
Confirming the company’s plans to re-open 500, Paula Mckenzie – general manager at KFC for the UK and Ireland – said: “500 restaurants reopening is a huge milestone.
“It’s credit to the hard work of all of our amazing teams in restaurant and we wanted to celebrate the moment.”
Back in March, KFC was one of many fast food chains to close all its branches in the UK following the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic but re-opened some last month with a limited menu and for delivery only.
