If you aren’t familiar with emerging rapper Kidwild yet, then it’s time to get familiar, as he comes through with his latest musical offering.
The youngster had made a name for himself over the last few months by self-releasing a number of catchy singles and freestyles, looking to capitalise on his buzz with “If I Told You (Lady)”. The instrumental samples the classic Modjo dance song “Lady (Hear Me Tonight), with its recognisable chords paired with baile funk-inspired drums for the rapper to lay down his rhymes on.
