Krept has his hand in several businesses outside of music and the artist might have secretly added one of the most popular chicken shops to his portfolio now too.

Krept might own a Morley’s in South London.

After hailing up the franchise with his “Morley’s Freestyle” that dropped in October and has accumulated over a million views on YouTube, Krept has teased on Twitter that he might have purchased a branch of the restaurant.

Krept said to his followers, “Type in “Morley’s Thornton Heath” on Google what do you see”. The artist also said, “Give me a fucking key to south London already.”

A quick google search reveals that a branch of Morley’s in Thornton Heath in Croydon has been renamed Krept Morley’s. See below.

Perhaps this is in homage to Krept’s freestyle or it might mean that Krept has become bossman at the very restaurant he named his freestyle after just a few months back.

Possibly owning a Morley’s is another achievement in an extremely successful year for Krept and Konan which has seen them sign their first artist to Play Dirty Records, finalise a second series of The Rap Game UK with the BBC, perform a carefully choreographed show at London’s O2 Arena and celebrate the success of their restaurant in Croydon, Crepes and Cones.

As we keep you updated on this story, listen to Krept’s “Morley’s Freestyle” and then take in his new album with Konan, Revenge is Sweet here.
