Krept and Konan are set to host a new television show called The Rap Game UK along with DJ Target which will see them seek to find the next music star to sign to their Play Dirty Record label.
This summer, The Rap Game UK will launch and is offering the chance for one breakout rap artist to receive the opportunity of a lifetime.
Krept, Konan and BBC Radio 1Xtra’s DJ Target will join several guest mentors throughout the intensive six weeks and will nurture and mentor the artists with the hopes of making one a star.
The Rap Game UK will be produced by Naked Television and distributed by A+E Networks and is based on an already successful American format.
The contestants will live together for six weeks and develop their music skills, range, lyricism and natural ability. None of the acts will face elimination though and there will be no whittling down; the winner will be revealed at the end of series and will receive the coveted record deal from Krept and Konan.
The Rap Game UK aims to give ambitious and talented artists from across the UK the opportunity of a lifetime and they are looking for their next star.
The Rap Game UK are looking for participants aged 17 and up and for the chance to appear on the show and work with Krept, Konan, DJ Target and several guest mentors from the UK rap scene.
