To mark the release of Euphoria’s season 2 score, Labrinth has dropped off visuals for one of the series’ standout cuts “Mount Everest”.
Originally released in 2019, “Mount Everest” is an intense, piano-led offering from Labrinth who graces the song with his soulful vocal range and assertive lyrics.
The track also featured in season 2 of the Drake-produced series, Euphoria. Labrinth serves as a composer for the show’s soundtrack which is officially today and features the series’ star, Zendaya.
“This one is so much more than a score album to me,” Labrinth said when announcing the score on Instagram. “It’s an experience. Can’t wait for you all to hear it and go on the trip.”
He added:” I want to thank all of you for making this music come alive much more than I could ever imagine. You make the work I put into creating even more worth the love and the grind. This is a big part of how I make music now all because of you.”
