This icon continues to carve out her own lane and reinvent the wheel, even after almost 20 years in the industry. “Beep” is another example of M.I.A’s eclectic and distinctive sound with Asian-folk inflections. Her consistency and longevity is definitely admirable.
This is M.I.A’s third solo release of the year and she is the gift that just keeps on giving!
