The internet sensation has been joined each week by some of his famous friends as they take on his gym sessions, and this episode sees Michael joined by M1llionz.
The duo start off on the treadmill while training with Agent Harvs, before moving on to some weight sets and circuit training as the Birmingham rapper talks about his friendship with Drake, his work rate and goes through a hilarious game of ‘Would You Rather’ with Michael.
