South London has proven to be something of an enclave of underground rap talent throughout history. Whilst certain sounds have come and gone throughout the mainstream UK rap world, there has continued to be a bubbling away of undisputed, left-field music coming out of the south.
Madz is one such unsung pioneer; his relentless work over the last few years, starting with the release of “L.Y.L.A”, has repeatedly shone as a shining example of how music doesn’t have to follow mainstream trends. INFAMOUSIZAK is another talented south London artist determined to illustrate his ability whilst refusing to compromise his sound.
Together, they have created “Caution” – a genre-blending and emotion fuelled cut which evokes the feeling of a late night in the city. Both Madz and INFAMOUSIZAK float over the instrumental and the accompanying visuals set in the shadow of Canary Wharf ensure that the video perfectly encapsulates the vibe.
