After joining Mist and Fredo for their 1xtra Live Lounge session back in July, Mahalia returns to the BBC studio a year on from her debut.
As part of Radio 1 Live Lounge Month, BBC Radio 1 is due to showcase Anderson Paak, Stormzy, and Mark Ronson to name a few. Mahalia is the sixth artist of the month to grace the Live Lounge studio following on from the likes of Taylor Swift and YUNGBLUD.
Apart from her cover of Lewis Capaldi’s “Hold Me While You Wait”, she also performed her summer hit “Simmer”.
