A man that accidentally shot himself (no, not in the foot – in the left side of his stomach to be exact) has been left red-faced after his fabricated story fell apart at the seams.
According to Arthur Palombo, he was shot by a ‘tall, bald, black guy’, however after scouring the Willamsbridge Oval Park in The Bronx, police were left baffled.
After a second questioning by the cops after he was released, he came clean and said that he was infact at the park alone, and the gun had accidentally gone off in his jacket pocket. And if that wasn’t enough damage, A $10,000 bail has now been set for the 20-year-old, after he was charged with possession of a weapon and giving a false report.
