The Football Association have charged Manchester City Football Club in regards to their anti-doping rules.
The club failed to provide anti-doping officials with the whereabouts of certain players during testing periods, when they were required to provide detailed reports.
Reportedly they have failed to provide the necessary requirements on three separate occasions – breaching the FA’s three strike policy – and so are now facing the charge.
The likely outcome of the charge is a fine. Manchester City have until January 19th to respond to the charges.
