After teasing the return of Denise Fox’s step-son to Albert Square, Eastenders have officially announced they are bringing back Jordan Johnson – and he is to be played by ‘Mandem on the Wall‘s Joivan Wade.

Wade has previously appeared as Rigsy in ‘Doctor Who’ and BBC sitcom ‘David Walliams & Friends, but is possibly best known for being one part of Youtube group The Wall of Comedy, who film spoofs of songs and sketches as part of their series, ‘Mandem on the Wall’.

Joivan is looking forward to playing the part, saying: “Coming into EastEnders is an absolute dream. Jordan is going through a very tough time and needs people in his corner but with a Dad like Lucas will he be able to trust anyone? It’s going to be brilliant to play him and I can’t wait to get started.”

Of Jordan’s explosive return, a source told The Mirror Online: “There is a big fight scene where Jordan is jumped in an alleyway, it’s not on Albert Square but somewhere close. The cameras were up close when a gang of lads start laying into him. Jordan owes someone money and they’re sent to teach him a lesson.”

Jordan will be returning in the coming weeks after Denise gets reports of his bad behaviour.
