East London rapper Margs has released his new project Untold Truth.
The new release from the artist comes after his 2018 project, Margs on a Hype Ting.
Untold Truth is twelve tracks long and features collaborations with Kaos, Nasty, Remtrex, T-Mac and Joe Black. The project features the tracks “Pen Game 3” and “Day Ones”, as well as several new unheard songs.
The project mixes trap influenced tracks like “Different” and “Mic Check” with slow and emotive tracks such as “Intro”, “No Lie” and “Untold Truth” which are laced with honest and raw verses. The instrumentals vary allow Margs to prove his ability to shell on a variety of different waves. Untold Truth sees Margs flow over piano-heavy and slow instrumentals as well as upbeat and party-ready tracks.
Margs is part of the East London collective Mashtown which is also home to Joe Black and rapper Asco who released his project Better Late Than Never last year. Better Late Than Never saw Asco link with Young Adz and Loski and several other rappers who offered verses for the 13 track long album.
Margs’ 2018 release Margs on a Hype Ting opened with a co-sign from legendary DJ Tim Westwood and saw the artist link up with Asco, Giggs, K Koke, Ghetts, Wiley and Krept.
