Marshy has just dropped the visuals for his latest single “Been Through It”.
The West Midlands’ well-known artist is coming back after a long hiatus and is ready to take over the scene.
Originally from Walsall, Marshy first started getting noticed eight years ago, back in April 2013, when his JDZ Spitfire reached 2.5M views on YouTube.
At the time, he became a well-known battle rapper in the West Midlands and has kept music close to his heart ever since. The last song Marshy released before “Been Through It” was “Jazz’s World” six months ago.
Marshy’s elaborated bars and dexterous flow assure an impeccable delivery on “Been Through It”, which is completed by the simple yet on-point video. The fact that it dropped just a few days before the eight-year anniversary of his Spitfire debut is fantastic, as it shows the improvements in his style and sound even though he has always had what it takes.
His evolution is definitely interesting because he remained true to his sound whilst improving his craft. Marshy has come back stronger and ready to win his place at the big table.
