West London-based creative Maxi Millz has stepped forward with a laid-back new offering dubbed “Danny Ocean”, along with visuals.
With his debut project scheduled to drop next month (March 12), Maxi serves us a flavour of the 8-part project with this single.
“Danny Ocean” takes the mould of a mellow and infectious track. The multi-talented artist delivers a nostalgic fusion of hip-hop and R&B, while incorporating elements of funk. Delivered nonchalantly over the Fred Cox instrumental, Maxi Millz wastes no time in lacing the gentle beat with a tuneful vocal and catchy hook.
Similarly to the track, the lavish visual tells a story inspired by Ocean’s Eleven and contain sharp shots to perfectly complement the solemn track.
